Downwind Paddle Up Mistake | Dave West

Dave West is back in this video explaining his biggest downwind paddling mistake. Bouncing the board far too early when paddling up creating a whole load of unnecessary drag.

« I had to go back to basics after I developed this really bad habit from using big foils.
Are you having a similar issue? As I stepped down in foil sizes it became really apparent.
This doesn’t matter as much with big foils 1200/1300cm plus. But as you go down in size to 1000cm and smaller it matters more and more.
