Every Friday, Sarah De Jaegher trains woman from every age in stand up paddleboarding.The ladys always train at sea; no flat water for them! They are always lucky because Belgium does not have great conditions, but for the SUP Ladyzzz Fridays, Poseidon always gives magic conditions!
