The award winning Tika breaks new ground for women’s buoyancy aids. Using better fit to
help more women get on the water with confidence.

Where fit is as essential as floatation, most importantly the Tika fits well against the chest.
No more being squeezed; the Tika complements female form and movement.

Extensive testing and feedback by female experts and beginners alike helped shape the
Tika. Foam panels wrap to the sides and angle to cup the chest, without creating bulk at the
waist. This uniquely tailored shape is complemented by supple Gaia floatation foam, and
supportive neoprene padding that prevent chaffing.

By studying what paddlers carry and use – phones, slings, snacks and PLBs, the Tika’s
pockets and other external features have been designed to stay low profile when loaded, yet
have the capacity required for adventures.

In 1993, the Canyon S was Palm’s first women’s buoyancy aid, possibly the first anywhere.
Our commitment to women’s equipment has continued for the last thirty years, but the Tika
PFD is the first time everybody who’s tried it tell us ‘It fits perfectly’.

We want to encourage more women go paddling, knowing they can rely on equipment that
complements their form and keeps them safe. That’s why we are pledging £1 from each sale
of each Tika to causes that get more women out paddling.
