Suping and Cave Exploring Westport, Mayo.

One sunny morning in August we took our dear friend Jeff to do stand up paddle boarding and cave exploring at Old Head beach in Westport. With our local Suping school #summersup we enjoyed a fun filled adventure that took us out along the coast of this west of Ireland beach. The water was warmer then you would think round this neck of the woods, a tepid 16-18 degrees and you would swear you were in the #IrishMediterranean. We got to explore the caverns to the left of the pier and we learned some valuable paddle boarding skills.
