It’s Sup Yoga O’clock!

« Beyond enjoying nature, SUP brings you the benefits of cross training as it works all the muscles in your body while increasing balance, core strength and endurance.
While anchored down, you can truly enjoy what its like to do yoga on a paddleboard. It’s a better workout, it will refine your technique and it helps you focus on your breath. All levels welcome, no paddle experience required.
